Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is not available at the time of purchase you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative product (if available) or a store credit or refund.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in LKR and include VAT. Prices may be subject to change without notice and are subject to any changes due to, imposed or required in terms of any applicable laws and regulations. All prices are correct at time of purchase and are confirmed with an order confirmation email.
Payment
Suren Cooke Agencies (Pvt) Ltd welcomes payment by credit and debit card, including VISA, Mastercard. Payment must be made at time of purchase.
Acceptance of order
Suren Cooke Agencies (Pvt) Ltd will send an email confirming acceptance of your order placed on our website.
Conditions of sale
All orders must be paid for before they are accepted as confirmed and delivered.

Delivery fees
Delivery fees and times may vary depending on the size and weight of the products and its delivery destination. The delivery price for each order will be displayed at checkout, prior to payment and order confirmation, and is included in the total price payable for your order.
Delivery time
Typically, delivery occurs within 10 working days of us receiving your payment authorisation and cleared funds. The estimated delivery time frame may be longer, especially in instances where items are made to order. The delivery of specific items may exceed our usual 10 working day delivery window for reasons beyond our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us.
Risk in the products ceases to lie with Suren Cooke Agencies (Pvt) Ltd upon its dispatch to you. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft or damage to the products during or after delivery.
Delivery methods & locations
We work with a number of delivery partners including Pronto Courier and Our own courier Team. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you.
We deliver most products Island-wide. In some cases, we will not be able to deliver products in hard to reach areas. This information will be shown on the product listing. We do not accept orders for international delivery at this time.
Delivery failure
It is important that you verify the accuracy of your delivery information. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges when we dispatch the order to you again. You agree to this by placing an order with us. We reserve the right to pass on applicable charges to you if you provide wrong or incomplete address information.
Returns policy
The returned item must be in original condition and in its original packaging. If the product is not returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange on the item. Shipping costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
We guarantee to replace, exchange or refund any goods that are damaged/defective/faulty/ incorrect and do not match the description on our website. If you receive such goods, do contact Suren Cooke Agencies (Pvt) Ltd immediately so that we may assess the situation and arrange an exchange/ replacement/ refund/ an alternative product/store credit.
Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned unless the company at its sole discretion deems it appropriate to do so.
